The South West Shetland Pony Group welcomes all ages and levels of interest with the main aspect of having fun and enjoying the Shetland Pony. Throughout the year we hold a wide variety of events including:
- Stud Visits
- Informative and Educational Events
- Young Handler Days
- Annual Summer Show
- Autumn Foal and Youngstock Show
- Social Gatherings
- Christmas Lunch with Raffle and Auction
Plus a newsletter 3 times a year, full of information including letters from members, articles of interest and details on local shows that cater for the Shetland breed. We also present Group rosettes to highest placed members at affiliated shows.
